1. Consent for Image Submission and Usage

The User voluntarily agrees to provide image(s) as part of participation in this activity. By submitting such image(s), the User:

• Grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the submitted image(s) for purposes including but not limited to marketing, promotional communication, and campaign-related activities.
• Acknowledges that the Company shall not be liable for any misuse of the image(s) by third parties beyond its reasonable control.

2. Consent for Collection and Use of Personal Information (Phone Number)

The User expressly consents to the collection of their personal phone number for purposes including but not limited to:

• Communication related to the activity, campaign updates, or participation status.
• Marketing, promotional outreach, and customer engagement initiatives (where applicable and permitted by law).

The User acknowledges that providing their phone number is voluntary; however, failure to do so may limit participation in certain aspects of the activity.

3. Data Protection and Privacy

The Company is committed to protecting User data and shall process all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and internal privacy policies. By participating, the User agrees that:

• Their personal data (including images and phone number) may be collected, stored, and processed securely for the purposes outlined above.
• The Company shall implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
• Personal data shall not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the execution of the activity, compliance with legal obligations, or with the User’s explicit consent.
